And thanks to its infectious nature, many participants of the group are bound to share a smile or laughter at an unexpected joke thus enjoying from the healthy experience.

Mostly because of the reasons leading up to an individual’s need for therapy, most people assume these counseling sessions to be filled more with tears and emotional soul evaluation. But the precise process of group therapy is very conducive to feeling free to laugh with one's peers, even in the face of some of the most difficult mental health challenges.
